Block Paving – 60m² Driveway Transformation

This project transformed an unfinished hardcore driveway into a modern, durable block paved driveway, significantly improving the property's kerb appeal ahead of a planned sale.

We carefully assessed the existing hardcore, salvaging as much suitable material as possible before importing additional MOT Type 1 to create a solid sub-base. The driveway was then prepared with compacted sharp sand and finished using natural grey block paving throughout, as chosen by the client for a clean, uniform appearance.

The project also included reinstating existing ACO drainage channels, reconnecting to an existing soakaway, burying previously exposed macerator pipework, and ensuring all drainage worked correctly despite challenging levels across the site.

Additional works included transforming the side alleyway, adjusting and levelling a raised access chamber, and supplying and installing a new side gate to improve privacy and security.

The finished result completely transformed the front and side of the property, creating a smart, practical and attractive outdoor space that the client was delighted with.
