Kitchen Renovation – Full Refurbishment (Ongoing Project)

This domestic property is currently undergoing a full kitchen refurbishment, transforming the space into a modern, open-plan kitchen.

Structural alterations have been carried out to open up the existing layout, including the installation of RSJs, creating a larger and more functional living space.

All electrical cabling has been chased into the walls for a clean, contemporary finish, with no surface-mounted services. Walls have been bonded out, battened where required, and fully re-boarded. Previously hidden pipework was identified and resolved as part of the refurbishment.

The project is now at the plastering stage, preparing the space for final finishes.

Once complete, the kitchen will include:

New kitchen units and worktops

New sink and plumbing

New radiators

New flooring and splashbacks
